SHIPPING POLICY


Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: $4.99
  • Estimated delivery: 7 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: $14.99
  • Free shipping on orders of $100 or more
  • Estimated delivery: 14 business days depending on destination and customs processing

We ship to 24 countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. 

Why Delivery Times Vary

GARBO sources products from trusted suppliers in South Korea. While this allows us to offer a curated selection of premium quality skincare, it does mean shipping times are longer than domestic retailers. We appreciate your patience and are committed to keeping you informed every step of the way.

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delays:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
