My name is Gabriela, and I’m the founder of Garbo. I was born in Peru, raised in a multicultural family, and have spent my life moving across different countries—each place shaping the way I see beauty, people, and the world. I’m also the proudest mom of Amalia and Bruno, who were born in Amsterdam and have taught me more about love, strength, and purpose than anything else.

My journey has always revolved around beauty, cooking and art in every form. I’ve been involved in the beauty pageant world when I was very young, immersed in skincare and wellness, and constantly inspired by the beauty of people who age with grace. I truly believe that beauty doesn’t mean changing who you are—it means enhancing what already makes you unique. Good skincare, mindful rituals, and products that genuinely work can make all the difference.

Garbo was born from that belief. Here, we curate products from around the world—items we trust, love, and know deliver real results. Everything has been selected with intention, care, and the hope that it will help you feel confident, radiant, and authentically yourself.
